Mitchell & Lindsay Ruth (About Us)

The Founders

Siblings Mitchell and Lindsay are the co-founders of The International Wagyu Breeder e-magazine. Having a shared passion for Wagyu cattle and a desire to learn and educate others about the great breeders and breeding programs around the world. They have come together to create this e-magazine.

Mitchell

Lindsay's younger brother and the middle child of 3. Mitchell graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and a focus on dairy in 2015.


Having a strong background in breeding, genetics, A.I., embryo transfer, and all things repro, Mitchell currently organizes and writes on these topics for The International Wagyu Breeder.


He also currently manages Synergy Wagyu and Stonyrun Farm's Wagyu herds in South Eastern PA. 

Lindsay

Mitchell's older sister, Lindsay has her Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.  


Lindsay also has a dairy background and is specifically passionate about calves, heifers, and generating quality herd replacements.


Lindsay is writing on these topics as well as doing breeder interviews and features for The International Wagyu Breeder.
